Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the data connected to your Gridwork workspace at any time. Here's how, and what happens.

Delete it yourself

Sign in and go to Settings → Workspace, then choose Delete workspace. This removes your workspace, its conversations, contacts, and connected-account credentials.

Ask us to delete it

Prefer we handle it? Email privacy@bygridwork.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data.” We'll confirm, then delete it within 30 daysand email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account and workspace, messages and conversations, contacts and their consent records, uploaded knowledge and brand assets, and the encrypted credentials for any apps you connected (WhatsApp, Instagram, your CRM, and others). Where a connected platform stores its own copy, disconnecting it in Gridwork revokes our access; you control your own data on those platforms directly.

What we keep

We may retain a minimal record required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, and anonymised usage figures that can no longer identify you or your customers. Nothing that identifies your customers is kept.
